Incredibly happy with my first experience at Unique Hairdressing! Sarah was polite and welcoming from the get go, was incredibly professional and considerate.

She was precise with her work, and would check even-ness after. She would explain what she was doing and using. I am very happy with my wash, cut, and blow dry and my hair feels amazing!

Very impressive service for such a reasonable price, they also gifted me a $10 gift card. I’ll definitely be back!
Other salons in the area simply do not compare.

I’ve recently moved and had to find a new hairdresser. Choose this salon from other reviews. My last hair was a hatchet job which needed sorting out. The big win was the fact Sera took the time to listen then gave me the exact cut I was after. The cost was very reasonable also. I will definitely be returning.

Hello all potential anxiety ridden ” just moved to a new area and need a new hairdresser” well look no further! I researched all the local salons in Burwood… this place had the best reviews by a long shot… Sarah who answered the phone got me in the same day aaand made me feel very much at ease.. even though Sarah was young enough to be my daughter.. she possessed a quiet confidence about herself.. letting me know every detail of what stage with my hair she was up to.. I was going for a shorter style with a fringe… hadn’t done this for a good 10 years! Not only did this cost me less than a green back.. that included the most amazing blow dry I’ve ever had.. as well as an expert eyebrow wax from a work colleague… I really cannot praise them enough… if you want a really great style/cut/ dry… this place is your new home… many thanks…

I have been here a few times and with different stylists, and have always had positive experiences. Everyone is friendly and attentive, and takes their time making sure they understand what you want done, getting second opinions from the other stylists to make sure they know exactly how to achieve what you’re after.

Sophy did a great job of turning my ginger hair with a lot of light brown regrowth into a nicely blended all-over copper.

Pricing is pretty reasonable too, maybe not the cheapest in Burwood but cheaper than many other similar quality salons I’ve tried in Burwood and in CBD.

Friendly staff, and Tash was right on point with the hair style I was after. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and not only did it look exactly like how I wanted, she also tailored the cut so it made my fine hair look thicker!

I had my long, thick, thick curly hair cut and styled short (curly pixie-type cut), by Vanessa. She did such a fantastic job and was very professional about the approach, as it was a drastic cut, and the fact she asked her boss to double check method, made me trust her even more, great job.

Even my husband loves my hair this way (and he’s all about ‘must have long hair’!), plus all my friends LOVE it! I definitely recommend the expertise of the Unique Hairdressing team 🙂
